What consultation services do you offer?

First, the good news: BWC Creative consultation services are free. We begin by acquiring specific information about your business and your desired results. Together, we will discuss past and present strategic positioning and branding identity, and define your target audience(s). At the end of this meeting, we will have enough information to create a proposal with a clearly defined project objective.
There is no bad news.

What is your design methodology?

We start with great people. Then we give them the freedom to express their ideas in an open environment that welcomes creativity, teamwork, and smart thinking. We employ experienced, educated and talented people who are driven by high standards and a passion for quality design. Our creative department is comprised of experienced and highly capable art directors, designers, illustrators and programmers to support both traditional (offline) and interactive (online) platforms. Because we offer such a wide range of services, we encourage communication and collaboration between team members throughout the creative process. This enables us to provide a smooth, streamlined look and consistent messaging across a variety of mediums. We also work to ensure that our designs are as effective as they are attractive, so that our clients receive the maximum benefits from every project. Our business thrives on a solid reputation earned by consistently providing quality products and services for our clients.

What is the process?

For all projects (traditional/offline and interactive/online), BWC Creative implements a clearly defined process, developed to ensure projects run smoothly, achieve objectives effectively, and generate the best possible results. Clients are an active part of the process, and we’ll keep you informed and involved every step of the way. Here’s how we work:

Planning. We ask lots of questions. The more we know about your
business and your goals, the better we can serve you. BWC Creative begins
by acquiring specific information about your overall organization, mission,
goals, objectives, and desired results for each specific project. Through
meetings with your staff, we work to understand and analyze your strategic
positioning, corporate identity and guidelines, and target audience(s). This
will allow us to define a clear project objective.

Concept Development. Here’s the fun part. Once we have discussed and
confirmed the goals and purpose of your project, we will meet as a team to
research, investigate and brainstorm ideas and visual solutions. This phase
results in a presentation showing only the ideas our design team feels are
viable and, appropriate, and meet the prescribed criteria.

Design Development. We’re not done yet. It’s the details that make any
project shine, and this is the stage where we refine and polish the accepted
concepts. A presentation is made to explain the extended applications, and
any changes in budget and/or schedule are agreed upon at this point.
Through a predetermined number of revisions, we will work to develop the
solution until it meets the stated objectives and exceeds your expectations.

Implement and Deliver. It’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for. Designs
are approved, revisions are made, and it’s time to release your project into
the world. On receipt of your final approval, we will move into an
implementation or production phase to complete and deliver the project into
the appropriate environment. A follow-up evaluation will allow us to
summarize the results, evaluate the process used, and consider future
improvements.

Throughout this phased approach, quality checks are in place to ensure milestones are documented and status-checked for all deliverables, while ongoing communication continues between agency and client. In this way, BWC Creative establishes quality assurance through each project’s lifecycle.

Do you have a project management process in place?

Yes — we don’t know how we’d manage without one! BWC Creative utilizes well-organized project management methodologies to develop necessary roadmaps and specific processes for identifying tasks, securing internal or external resources, tracking progress within timelines, managing budgets, and analyzing workloads. If needed, we may implement customizable calendars for specific project components, providing insight into the days and resources available at any given point in the process.

A dedicated project manager is assigned to each project, and serves as the client’s ongoing partner and main point of contact. Project Managers secure and facilitate regularly scheduled team meetings to review status, milestones, and timelines, and ensure client expectations are realistically managed on a daily basis. They oversee the project’s original scope of work, maintain up-to-date documents relative to the project, and provide meeting agendas, updates and notes. Project managers also report issues and concerns via a systematic and timely process that includes the support of agency leads and principals, who are available for resolution management when needed.

How long does it take to implement a design project?

Each project follows the same four-stage development process (Please see “What is your process?”), but specific timelines will vary depending on the size and requirements of each project. Individual project timelines are created during the planning phase. If you have critical time objectives, let us know and we’ll work to ensure these are met whenever possible. Call us with any questions, and we’ll be happy to meet and discuss a workable time frame. Consultations are always free, and we welcome your inquiries.

What are your fees for design services?

Quite a few factors influence design costs, including the complexity of a given project, the need for on-site or off-site work, and costs required for preparation and production — it’s all in the details. Contact us for a free estimate, and a consultant will meet with you to gather information about your project. We’ll then be able to accurately summarize the scope of work, and return it to you in a proposal tailored to your specific needs.

I’m ready to get started. How do I begin?

Great! We can’t wait to meet you! To get started, give us a call at 972-231-0002, and ask for a free consultation. An experienced Account Executive will meet with you to discuss your business model, customer base, current marketing and advertising approach, goals and timeline. All of this information will help us gain insight for developing a solution to best suit your business needs. We will then summarize the scope of work in a proposal for your approval. Once you sign-off, we will begin.

What if I need more than just design?

You’ve come to the right place. At BWC Creative, we are your single source for unlimited creative possibilities. From logo and advertising design to printing graphics and signage; from Web site design to the creation of custom exhibits; we offer a full range of services in-house, saving you time and money.
