We specialize in large format printing and unique print media, but our greatest strength is our ability to serve a wide range of printing needs; from small projects like Window Decals or Cling Z to large format prints, such as Fabric Banners, Vehicle Wraps or Wall Murals. For over 25 years, we’ve catered to small and medium sized businesses nationwide. We offer fast turnaround with minimal human error and lower overhead cost, which allows us to provide customers with consistently high-quality printing at the lowest possible prices.

Our history is another important point of difference. Our founder, Lou George, began BWC Creative after first establishing its sister company, BWC Photo Imaging (one of the nation’s leading high-end processing labs for professional photography), over 33 years ago. Our knowledge and experience in the imaging field is evident in the superior quality and careful attention to detail that differentiates our printing work.

I need my order in a few days. Is this possible?

Sure. Just give us a call so we can get your project on our schedule. One of our specialties is meeting deadlines that other printing companies cannot. In addition to saving time, we may also be able to save you some money on shipping. Because we have special shipping contracts, we can often overnight freight for much less than you would normally pay. Please contact customer service for assistance with this type of order.

What are the file requirements?

Thanks for asking. We accept any file created from a postscript program: Illustrator, Freehand, Photoshop, Quark, InDesign, etc. Of these, the preferred file types are AI, PDF, or EPS files.

We accept Photoshop PSD files; however, if the file size is too large to upload, please flatten and save it as a Photoshop PDF. Saving as a Photoshop PDF will not diminish the quality of your finished product.

If you supply a Quark or InDesign file, please make sure to zip the entire file hierarchy as it links in the source document. If you are using digital painting programs such as Corel Painter or Corel Draw, please save your file as a PDF or TIF.

How do I upload my files?

After you place your order, click on the “Send Us a File” button in the navigation bar. Please read the file requirements document if you are not familiar with our process.

What is the largest file I can upload?

We accept files up to 300 MB via our ”Send Us a File” page. For files larger than this, please contact customer service for special file upload instructions.

What is your customer satisfaction policy?

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy — your satisfaction is very important to us. That’s why we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for printing. We’ll reprint your project if it contains any manufacturing defects or errors introduced by us. We encourage all clients to check proofs carefully for problems such as copy errors or low-resolution images. While we do keep an eye out for issues throughout the print process, we cannot be held responsible for copy or image resolution errors in the files you send to us. To help ensure we can fix a mistake if we find one when printing, we require a 24/7 phone number in our FTP upload form – this is to enable us to contact someone for permissions to correct any suspected errors.

To get the best possible color reproduction, we recommend requesting a hard copy color proof — especially where color matching is critical, such as in your company’s logo. BWC Creative will monitor quality as best we can, but it’s important to note that there may be a variation between colors you see on your monitor and colors displayed in final printed results. This variation is due in part to differences between individual monitors and user calibration settings — but more importantly, color just looks differently when printed than it does on-screen. We’ll help you choose the best proofing option to meet your needs, with the goal of obtaining the best possible results.

What if I need my order shipped to more than one location?

No problem. We can provide custom fulfillment services and pack various quantities to be sent to hundreds of different locations. We can also insert additional components into the material we print.
